Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, your order will take approximately 5-6 business days to arrive at your destination, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Packaging for Freshness

To maintain the freshness of your chocolates, we carefully pack each order to handle long-distance shipping. Our protective packaging helps preserve the quality and taste, even during transit.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address to prevent exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Once your chocolate arrives, we recommend refrigerating it for 15 minutes before enjoying it for the ultimate experience.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at gulden.ozkanyilmaz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
