Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in high quality and fresh condition. However, due to the nature of chocolate and other perishable items, we do not accept returns for health and hygiene reasons.

If you receive the product and the box is undamaged and the packaging unopened, please feel free to contact us if you experience any issues. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted if the chocolate has melted due to weather conditions or shipping.
